Email us at [support@orlyn.ai](mailto:support@orlyn.ai) ## Common questions **How do I cancel my subscription?** If you subscribed in the app, it is managed through your Apple account: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Peptyn (or open Settings inside the app and tap Manage subscription). If you subscribed on our website, use the manage subscription link in your confirmation or receipt email, or just email us and we will cancel it for you. **I bought on the website. How do I unlock the app?** Your confirmation email contains an activation link. Install Peptyn on your iPhone, then open that link on the same iPhone; the app opens and your subscription attaches automatically. If it does not, email us with your purchase email address. **Refunds.** For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com). For website purchases, EU/UK customers can withdraw within 14 days of purchase; email us and we will refund you as described in our [Terms](https://peptyn.orlyn.ai/legal/terms). **Where is my data stored?** On your device only.
