Peptyn is an educational tool for organizing and tracking your own peptide and GLP-1 protocols. Peptyn is not a medical device, is not a healthcare provider, and does not provide medical, clinical, or dosing advice. Peptyn does not sell, source, supply, prescribe, or recommend any compound or vendor. The calculators, reminders, and reference information are provided for general educational purposes and to help you record decisions you make with your own licensed healthcare provider.
The in app assistant provides general, educational information only. It is limited in scope and will decline questions about specific doses, sourcing, or diagnosis. Its responses are generated by an AI system, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not medical advice. Do not rely on it for health decisions. Always verify with a licensed professional.
Peptyn offers auto renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple account. Current pricing is shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Payment, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under its terms.
You agree to use Peptyn lawfully and only for personal, non commercial tracking. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to extract dosing recommendations it is designed not to provide, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Peptyn is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that calculations, reminders, or information are error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptyn and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from your use of the app, your health decisions, or any compound you obtain or use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
